Delivery service
Seel Offers provides shipping services to all regions of the Kingdom.
To complete the shipping process, the customer's information, national address, and payment must be up-to-date.
We offer a pickup option from our company branch (Cell Store) in Jeddah, Palestine Street, in coordination with customer service to prepare the product before pickup. Contact us at 920016542.
Seel offers free delivery for purchases valued at 350 riyals or more.
For purchases under 350 riyals, shipping fees will be determined by the customer's choice of shipping company during the purchase process and will range from 12 riyals to 30 riyals.
The Sell delivery and shipping service is limited to connecting with the shipping company chosen by the customer and completing the delivery of products to them so that the product journey to the customer can begin.
The delivery time for products to orders is from 24 hours to 5 days, and this period extends to 7 days if it includes official holidays, festivals, or weekends (Friday - Saturday).
The website allows you to track orders from my orders list, and you can also use customer service if you are unable to contact the shipping company to support tracking your shipment.
Customers who have ordered products with the cash on delivery option are required to confirm their order via text message to WhatsApp number 920016542
All shipments are made to the customer's national address, and if it is not up-to-date, they will be contacted to update the national address.
Delivery service for maintenance:
- For customer convenience, Seel Store offers a delivery service to the warranty service provider for certain products covered by the warranty, on behalf of the customer. This service costs 60 riyals within the customer's city and 100 riyals if the warranty service center is located outside the customer's city. This service is not considered a maintenance or repair procedure in itself.
- The role of the Cell store in the delivery service is limited to receiving the product from the customer and sending it to the authorized warranty service provider, then receiving it after the maintenance work is completed and returning it to the customer after payment of the fees.
- The customer has the right to go directly to the warranty service provider to obtain warranty or maintenance services, regardless of the availability of delivery service for some products.
- The Cell Store provides the customer with the contact information for the warranty service provider and the maintenance request number to enable him to follow up on the product's status or submit any direct claims. The warranty service provider remains fully responsible to the customer in accordance with applicable regulations and rules.
- To benefit from the delivery service, the customer must contact the Cell Store customer service at 920016542, where he will be directed to send the product either to Cell Store warehouses via approved channels, or to send it directly to the manufacturer or authorized agent, depending on the nature of the product and in accordance with the applicable warranty policy.
- The delivery service takes a maximum of four (4) to seven (7) working days, and this period is not counted within the repair time specified in the warranty policy.
- The customer can contact the Cell Store customer service to inquire about the products included in the free delivery service. Cell Store reserves the right to stop or modify the delivery service for some products at any time and without prior notice, without prejudice to the general warranty provisions.
