At SAEEL, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience that ensures the protection of our customers’ rights and their satisfaction. Below is our approved Exchange and Return Policy:
- Customers are entitled to return products within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order, and exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with complete original packaging, all accessories included, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- If the customer wishes to cancel an order or request a return, they must contact SAEEL Customer Service via the unified number (920016542) to arrange the return process. Please note that return requests are only accepted through SAEEL Customer Service and must be submitted within 7 days from the date of order receipt.
- In the case of returns, the customer shall bear shipping and banking fees, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank’s policies.
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, including but not limited to breakage, scratches, or exposure to liquids.
- Software and video games once opened or used.
- Health and beauty products, including shaving machines, hair removal devices, and personal care devices.
- Data SIM cards and routers after activation.
- Digital services or electronic codes after use or activation.
- In cases where a return is requested for personal reasons such as a change of mind or an exchange not related to a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear all shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Process
Request Submission
The customer must submit a return or exchange request by contacting Customer Service via the unified number (920016542), clearly stating the reason for the request and providing the purchase invoice.
Request Review
The request will be reviewed to verify compliance with the approved return and exchange policy, including confirmation of the product’s condition and packaging integrity.
Request Confirmation
Once the request is approved, the customer will be contacted to confirm the pickup address and complete the necessary shipping details for product collection or replacement delivery.
Product Collection
The product will be collected through SAEEL authorized shipping provider, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and fully packaged with all accessories.
Product Inspection
A specialized team will inspect the product to confirm eligibility for return or exchange and verify that it shows no signs of use, damage, or conditions not covered under warranty.
Processing the Request
Upon approval, the product will be exchanged or refunded according to the customer’s request.
If the replacement product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to offer an alternative product or proceed with a refund.
Processing Time
The processing period typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method and the shipping provider.
General Terms
- The store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an unintentional pricing error displayed on the website, whether due to a technical or administrative mistake. If the order is canceled after payment has been completed, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Products purchased through installment payment programs may be returned; however, exchanges are limited to products of equal value only.
- For bundle or package offers, the return request will only be accepted if all items included in the bundle are returned in their original condition.
- If a return is requested via delivery service, the customer shall bear a delivery fee of 29, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the SAEEL team.
- Promotional or complimentary gifts are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used.
- Purchasing products sold “as is” and issuing the invoice shall be deemed as the customer’s implicit acceptance of the product’s condition.
- Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment of the shipment’s integrity, confirming that it has not been opened or tampered with prior to delivery.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of order receipt, while exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable in cases of return or non-receipt, except where a verified manufacturing defect exists.
- All warranty, exchange, or return requests must be submitted by contacting Customer Service via the unified number (920016542). The team will handle all required procedures and follow up on the request until completion.
Digital Products Cancellation & Refund Policy
SAEEL is committed to providing a clear and transparent digital shopping experience that aligns with the nature of the digital products offered. This policy aims to regulate the terms of cancellation, refund, and exchange, and to clarify the circumstances under which refund requests may be accepted or rejected, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By using SAEEL’s services or completing a purchase, the customer provides explicit and final consent to all terms stated in this policy and acknowledges that digital products are generally non-returnable once delivered.
Nature of Digital Products
Digital products, including but not limited to recharge cards, digital codes, and electronic vouchers, are considered final products and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once payment has been completed and the code has been successfully delivered to the customer.
Customer Responsibility
The customer bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process, the selection of the appropriate product, and ensuring compatibility of the digital code with the relevant platform, country, or user account.
SAEEL shall not be held liable for issues arising from incorrect purchases, misuse, sharing or transferring the code to third parties, or any restrictions imposed by external entities or service providers, including but not limited to regional restrictions or activation and usage policies set by the issuing party.
Accepted Cases for Refund or Exchange Requests
In accordance with E-Commerce Law, digital products are excluded from the right of return once delivered, as they cannot be restored to their original condition after receipt or use. Accordingly, refund or exchange requests shall only be accepted in one exclusive case, which is the existence of a verified material technical defect that prevents the digital product from being used, subject to the following conditions:
- The defect must be technical and verifiable, rendering the code completely unusable.
- The issue must be reported within a reasonable period from the date of purchase.
- The code must not have been activated, used, or shared in any form.
- The customer must allow SAEEL to conduct full verification, including contacting the issuing entity or authorized service provider.
- In all cases, SAEEL reserves the right to approve or reject refund or exchange requests based on the outcome of verification and inspection, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Non-Accepted Cases for Refund or Exchange
The following shall not be considered acceptable technical defects:
- Misuse or sharing the code with a third party.
- Incompatibility of the code with the customer’s account, country, or store.
- Activation refusal by the service provider due to their internal policies or procedures.
- Expiration of the product as disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Issues related to the customer’s external account, including suspension, restrictions, or failure to meet required conditions.
- If a technical defect is confirmed under the above conditions, replacement or refund will be processed in accordance with SAEEL approved procedures.
Cancellation Due to Suspicion
SAEEL reserves the full right to precautionarily cancel any order if there is suspicion of abnormal activity or violations of applicable laws or regulations. In such cases, the order amount will be temporarily suspended and not returned to the wallet balance or original payment method, with the amount being held for 21 calendar days from the cancellation date as an initial period for security and financial verification.
During this period, SAEEL may await any financial claims or reports from payment gateways, banks, or relevant entities. The expiration of the holding period does not constitute an automatic obligation or guarantee to refund the amount. This measure is implemented to protect the rights of all parties, in compliance with anti-fraud and financial crime regulations.
Objection to Cancellation Due to Suspicion
If the customer believes that the order was canceled due to suspicion in error, they may submit a formal objection request through SAEEL approved support channels, supported by relevant documents and evidence. The request will be reviewed by the competent team, and a final decision will be issued based on verification results, without commitment to a specific timeframe.
After Order Delivery
Once the digital code has been successfully delivered, SAEEL bears no responsibility for the loss, theft, misuse, reuse, or sharing of the code with any third party. No refund or exchange requests will be accepted after the code has been used, under any circumstances.
Right to Amend the Refund Policy
SAEEL reserves the full right to amend or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall be effective and binding immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the store or completion of any purchase after such updates constitutes explicit and final acceptance of the revised policy and all resulting legal effects.
