Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
The warranty period for products sold by SAEEL Store varies depending on the type of product and the manufacturer, and the warranty shall not, under any circumstances, be deemed unified or fixed for all products. Each product is subject to the warranty period specified by the manufacturer or the authorized agent, which may be two (2) years for certain products, a different period for others, or the product may not be covered by any warranty at all. Sole reliance shall be placed on the information stated on the product page or in SAEEL Store Return and Exchange Policy, without any liability on the Store beyond that.
Warranty Eligibility Conditions
To benefit from warranty services, the customer must present the original purchase invoice to verify the product’s serial number and confirm the validity of the warranty period. The customer is solely responsible for retaining the invoice. In the event the invoice is lost, the customer may submit a request to reissue it through SEAL Store’s official channels. SAEEL Store reserves the full right to reject such request if the provided information does not match the invoice records, or to suspend the service in case of any suspicion of misuse, tampering, or submission of inaccurate or misleading information.
Warranty Service Provider
- Product warranty and manufacturing quality are provided by the manufacturer or its authorized agent within the Kingdom, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies as stated in the product warranty booklet or on the manufacturer’s official website.
- SAEEL Store bears no responsibility for any warranty or maintenance services provided by the manufacturer or its agent, including but not limited to spare parts availability, repair duration, service quality, costs, or any claims or compensation.
- In some cases, SAEEL Store may offer an additional store warranty for certain products. Details of such warranty, if applicable, are available on the product page on the website.
General Warranty Terms
- The warranty covers the repair of manufacturing defects or the replacement of spare parts free of charge and does not entail product replacement or refund of the purchase price.
- The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
- Misuse of the product or failure to comply with operating instructions stated in the product manual or digital guidelines.
- Breakage, impacts, shocks, exposure to liquids, moisture, high temperatures, or any external factors.
- Modifications to the external structure of the product, such as painting, engraving, or any unauthorized alteration.
- Repair attempts or maintenance performed by unauthorized parties, or the use of non-compliant spare parts.
- Software-related issues or operating system malfunctions resulting from user-installed or pre-installed applications.
- Deletion of operating system files, storage partitions, or damages caused by viruses or malicious software.
Delivery Service
- For customer convenience, SAEEL Store provides a delivery service to the warranty service provider for certain products covered by warranty, on behalf of the customer. This service does not constitute a repair or maintenance procedure in itself.
- SAEEL Store role in the delivery service is limited to receiving the product from the customer, forwarding it to the authorized warranty service provider, and returning it to the customer after completion of the repair.
- The customer may contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain warranty or maintenance services, regardless of the availability of the delivery service for certain products.
- SAEEL Store provides the customer with the warranty service provider’s contact details and a repair order number to enable follow-up or submission of claims directly. In all cases, full responsibility toward the customer remains with the warranty service provider in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- To benefit from the delivery service, the customer must contact SAEEL Store Customer Service, where they will be instructed to send the product either to SAEEL Store warehouses through approved channels or directly to the manufacturer or authorized agent, depending on the nature of the product and the applicable warranty policy.
- The delivery service may take four (4) to seven (7) business days at most, and this period shall not be counted as part of the repair time specified under the warranty policy.
- The customer may contact SAEEL Store Customer Service to inquire about products eligible for free delivery. SAEEL Store reserves the right to suspend or modify the delivery service for certain products at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the general warranty terms.
